(Senior) System Analyst

Our client, the digital arm of a major HK enterprise, is seeking a Senior System Analyst to be part of their existing tech team building out their core platform.
What you will do
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize site performance
- Develop and maintain documentation related to front-end development
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including designers, developers, and business teams, to define project requirements and scope
- Develop project plans and schedules, and ensure that project milestones are met
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to project stakeholders on a regular basis
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project dependencies and conflicts
- Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
- Integrate GraphQL with Magento to create efficient and scalable APIs for front-end development
What you will need
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- In-depth knowledge of Magento 2 Enterprise
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, executing, and monitoring projects
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Familiarity with GraphQL, a query language for APIs, and its integration with Magento
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
