Overview
Our client, who is a financial institution based in Hong Kong, is currently in search of Senior Insurance Sales

What You Will Do

    • Reach the insurance sales goals through teamwork with the designated Customer Relationship Managers/branches
    • Execute strategic initiatives to cultivate a strong insurance mentality based on need-based financial planning for wealthy segments
    • Guarantee sales personnel have the ability to promote various kinds of insurance products and can offer innovative solutions to our customers
    • Enforce the Compliance policy of the Group/Bank by handling compliance risk, ensuring sufficient compliance resources are available and training is offered, promoting a compliance mindset and enhancing relations with regulators

What You Will Need

    • A minimum of three years in the field of insurance sales
    • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
    • A strong focus on customers and the ability to manage complex interactions efficiently
    • HKCEE / HKDSE with at least passes in either Chinese and Mathematics OR English and Mathematics at Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above, supplemented with relevant professional experience
    • Desired Qualifications
    • A bachelor's degree in a related field, with additional qualifications such as CFA, CFP, or CFMP being an advantage
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities
    • A high level of self-motivation and determination, with the capacity to function in high-pressure situations
    • Demonstrated situational awareness, a keen interest in learning, and the ability to operate in an Agile environment
    • A promoter of transparency, with the ability to foster team unity and inspire others
    • A strong commitment to a customer-first approach, with a dedication to providing exceptional quality services to clients
