Our client is a prominent broadcaster that plays a significant role in the media and entertainment industry in Hong Kong. They are seeking a Senior QA / QA Manager to manage their team and testing their digital products.
What you will do:
- Lead the creation and execution of testing strategies, frameworks, and protocols, including both automated and manual testing
- Manage a team of QA engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools like Selenium and Appium for web and mobile applications, or similar frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to grasp requirements and establish test plans and strategies.
- Identify opportunities for automation within the QA process and implement solutions to streamline testing efforts.
- Analyze test outcomes, detect defects, and collaborate with development teams to promptly address issues.
- Continuously assess and enhance processes for improved efficiency, scalability, and reliability
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of Quality Assurance experience, including automation testing expertise
- Proficient in automation testing tools like Selenium and Appium
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring QA teams
- Thorough knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Proficiency in Cantonese is mandatory, and Mandarin proficiency is advantageous
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB are considered a bonus.
