Overview
Our client is a leading industry player in APAC. They are currently seeking a passionate, proactive mobile lead to join their team and lead them on new ventures.
What You Will Do
- Manage your team of IOS Engineers, provide guidance in designing and developing a set of processes, best practices, standards and tools to ensure team success
- Collaborate and work close with different teams in order to translate user and business needs into functional frontend code
- Perform code reviews and share best practices with colleagues
- Test and ensure the quality of the features for release
- Participate in the design and implementation of an innovative product
- Improve the features by providing feedback in terms of the engineering and end-user perspectives
What You Will Need
- Degree holder in computer science, information technology or related disciplines with over 3+ years of native IOS development experience
- Previous Team leading experience is preferred
- Experience in app architecture patterns, for example, MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture is a plus
- Embrace agile development process including CI, and Scrum.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills, self-driven and proactive. Team work oriented and independent
