Overview
As the first point of contact for our client which is a premium co-working space, the Front Desk / Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in shaping clients' and visitors' first impressions. This role requires a professional demeanor, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks effectively.

What You Will Do

    • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing basic information when needed.
    • Manage room bookings and maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
    • Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting rooms, and handling mail and deliveries.
    • Assist in resolving any customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.

What You Will Need

    • Proven work experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
    • Fluent in English is must
