Overview
An US base beauty product brand is now looking for a Product Marketing Manager to develop Hong Kong market. with 10 years development in Hong Kong, they want to expand the market to next level. You will be leading two people and report to Marketing Director in this role.
What You Will Do
- Develop deep understanding of the products, target audience, and market landscape
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate awareness, drive adoption, and achieve revenue goals
- Create high-quality marketing collateral, including product presentations, sales enablement materials, and case studies
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools and enablement programs
- Analyze market and customer data to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations for product improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product marketing
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the beauty industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong project management and organizational skills
