Our client is a rapidly expanding fintech company that is dedicated to innovating user-focused online financial solutions. They are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Group Product Manager to guide their strategic direction, oversee product vision, and lead a team of skilled product professionals.

What you will do

    • Drive the direction for our product by crafting and steering the product strategy and roadmap in line with the company's ambitions.
    • Oversee a team of product managers and designers, fostering their growth and ensuring the realization of product goals.
    • Identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement by staying attuned to market dynamics, competitor moves, and user feedback.
    • Drive successful product outcomes by facilitating seamless collaboration across engineering, marketing, and operations teams.
    • Prioritize product features and enhancements that address customer needs, market trends, and business goals, informed by user feedback and performance metrics.
    • Keep abreast of the latest developments in the fintech landscape to inform and adapt product strategy, ensuring continuous alignment with stakeholder expectations.

What you will need

    • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or computer science, is required with a robust background in product management in technology or fintech platforms
    • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product management
    • Have proven track record of successfully managing and launching products from 0 to 1.
    • Possess strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing product teams.
    • Deep understanding of product management methodologies, user-centered design principles, and agile development processes.
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to utilize data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
