What You Will Do

    • Handle the commercial process from conducting site tours to closing deals for inbound leads.
    • Generate outbound interest through smart and effective inside and outside sales strategies.
    • Maintain accurate and updated CRM data entries on potential sales opportunities and keep notes based on the latest status.
    • Be familiar with the company's value propositions and be able to explain and answer queries effectively.
    • Conduct a large number of daily site tours, follow-up communication through various channels and other meetings.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative team and Sales Manager to generate leads and close deals.

What You Will Need

    • Proven experience in Business Development or Account Management
    • Understanding of the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ambitious, curious, adaptable to a rapidly growing environment
    • Proficiency in Cantonese and English
    • Experience or knowledge in the hospitality, real estate, eCommerce, food delivery, F&B, or tech sector would be beneficial
    • Familiarity with Salesforce and G Suite tools
