Overview
Our client is a crypto trading platform that bridges the gap between high-level traders and everyday users. They have recently expanded their platform to support over 10 native languages, catering to users in more than 100 countries and regions worldwide. Their ultimate goal is to establish themselves as the primary Social Trading Network for our increasingly interconnected world. Currently, they are looking for a P2P Business Development Lead to lead their P2P business

What You Will Do

    • Direct, oversee, and build a team of business development specialists to fulfill business goals and objectives
    • Proactively explore new markets and pinpoint potential business prospects in the peer-to-peer industry
    • Work in tandem with affiliate teams to recruit vendors for several target markets and manage vendor integration
    • Sustain trading liquidity and improve user engagement through reward systems, events, and various initiatives
    • Collect and suggest product enhancements and necessities from the standpoint of users and vendors
    • Manage and rectify irregular orders, and respond to vendor queries
    • Compile and condense various operational documents, FAQs, and other pertinent materials
    • Monitor and evaluate business segment data, be accountable for crucial business metrics, and continuously refine related work based on data-driven insights

What You Will Need

    • Demonstrable success in business development roles, with prior experience in the peer-to-peer sector desirable
    • Prior relevant work experience is favored, with a predilection for experience in the finance sector
    • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills, initiative-taking, and accountability
    • An innate feel for data, with a robust capacity for learning
    • Proficiency in both English and Chinese will be greatly beneficial
