Overview
Our client is a Web3 solution platform, focusing on crypto asset management tools and solutions for businesses since 2017. We've served over 3,200 clients in exchanges, projects, and Crypto Funds, with a daily on-chain transaction flow exceeding $30 million.

What You Will Do

    • Establish a strong connection with all sales teams and business segment leaders, and develop an in-depth expertise of the APAC region, its key markets, segments, and the specific needs of the sales teams.
    • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the region and specific business segments to boost brand awareness, generate new business leads, and expand existing business. This should include the organization of relevant events, webinars, and exhibitions.
    • Conduct regular assessments of the effectiveness and efficiency of the implemented programs, track progress towards set goals, and recommend strategies for optimization.
    • Oversee budget management and ensure that spending decisions are aligned with the organization's quarterly and annual financial targets.
    • Foster a productive and collaborative working relationship between the marketing, business development, and sales teams to ensure effective regional support and drive revenue growth.

What You Will Need

    • Possess over 5 years of professional experience in the internet or cybersecurity sector, with a demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful demand generation programs.
    • Prior experience in the financial services, fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency sectors is an advantage.
    • Have a strong analytical mindset, be driven by data, and focused on achieving tangible results.
    • Be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at creative problem-solving, with a high level of collaboration and a commitment to delivering a best-in-class experience.
    • Be flexible, adaptable, and have the capacity to excel in a dynamic work environment.
    • Possess exceptional presentation and communication skills, be fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese, and have the ability to effectively collaborate with global teams.
