Overview
Our client is a Japanese restaurant group, currently seeking a talented PR and Marketing Officer to join their team. As the PR and Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote their brand and increase visibility in the market.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the restaurants under the Group
- Manage and maintain online content to increase engagement and reach
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers
- Create and distribute press releases and other marketing materials
- Work with the management team to develop and implement new marketing initiatives
- Monitor and analyze marketing and sales data to adjust strategies as needed
- Communicate and work closely with Japanese chefs
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in PR and/or marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
