Overview
Our client is an entertainment company with global presence. They are seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, focusing on production planning, supplier relationships, and fulfilment cycles across multiple regions.
What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end production planning, including coordinating with factories on supply planning, purchase orders, transportation and shipment.
- To ensure products are at a consistent quality standard, meet the product specification and conform to all relevant regulations / standards.
- Oversee new product launches, packaging requirements, and bundled products across the supply chain.
- Develop strategies, policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency to streamline daily operation flow.
- Handle international logistics, including air/sea freight arrangements and shipping cost management.
- Maintain relationships with logistics partners in China and coordinate with overseas vendors for returns processing.
- Support warehouse operations and inventory management across different regions
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field with 4+ years of relevant supply chain experience
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
- Experience with cross-border logistics and international shipping
- Independent thinking and the ability to make business decisions that support the operation.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across different time zones
- Location: Hong Kong (with occasional travel to mainland China)
- Candidates with more experience can be considered for senior executive or managerial positions
