Overview
Our client, who is a financial institution based in Hong Kong, is currently in search of Customer Relationship Manager
What You Will Do
- Provide financial guidance to affluent clients, both domestic and international
- Offer customized service to this client group, fostering and preserving positive relationships
- Advocate for investment, insurance, and banking products to maximize new business potential
- Control operational risks and adhere to relevant policies/guidelines and compliance requirements
What You Will Need
- Successful completion of the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations / Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations
- Meet the competency requirements for relevant regulated activities as outlined in the Securities and Futures Ordinance
- At least 1 year of experience in direct selling of investment or life insurance
- Excellent written and verbal skills in both Cantonese and English
- Strong sales and customer focus, with solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree-level education is beneficial
- HKCEE / HKDSE (with at least passes in Chinese and Mathematics OR English and Mathematics at Grade E / Level 2 / ""Attained"" or above) plus related work experience
- Experience working with international and mainland clientele is a plus
- High self-motivation and ability to perform well under pressure
- Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin
- Candidates with more than 5 years of relevant experience may be considered for the position of Executive Customer Relationship Manager
- Candidates with more than 7 years of relevant experience may be considered for the role of Prestige Private Customer Relationship Manager
