Overview
Our client is a top Singapore fintech connecting borrowers with 70+ financial institutions via their loan matching platform. They've connections with 100+ lending partners, and raised US$5M in 2023 to expand across APAC. Currently they are looking for a Customer Success Executive in Hong Kong to cope with the expansion while supporting market growth in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the main contact for customers, ensuring prompt resolution of loan applications, inquiries, concerns, and expectations in accordance with our customer experience standards
- Coordinate between customers and partners to facilitate optimal connections and relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets while striving to deliver the best possible outcomes for the clients
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through the framework, maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional support after application submission.
What You Will Need
- Candidates with 2+ years of experience in financial services have an advantage; with prior experience in customer success or customer-facing roles
- Strong negotiation abilities with aptitude for resolving complex situations
- Adaptable mindset suited for fast-paced environments and collaboration with ambitious team members
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese
