Our client, a leading multinational organization with a global footprint in over 90 countries is currently seeking a ERP Application Support Specialist to join their regional IT support team.

This is a critical position focused on supporting the company’s global InforLN ERP systems. You will be the go-to person for both technical and functional support, working alongside a global team of IT professionals.

Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

    • Fluent Mandarin (spoken & written) — essential for cross-border support and communication.
    • Hands-on experience with InforLN ERP — must have used it in a support or technical capacity.

What you will do:

    • Provide L1/L2 support for enterprise applications, especially InforLN ERP, to global internal users.
    • Manage support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions via email, phone, or ticketing systems.
    • Create and manage user roles and accounts in accordance with compliance and governance policies.
    • Document troubleshooting steps, support workflows, and solutions for global knowledge sharing.
    • Monitor application performance and proactively identify risks or inefficiencies.
    • Collaborate with developers, solution analysts, and infrastructure teams on escalations and enhancements.
    • Participate in regression testing, system updates, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and system optimization efforts.

What you will need:

    • 3+ years of experience in application or ERP support, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment.
    • InforLN ERP knowledge is a must (functional or technical).
    • Fluent in Mandarin and English (other Asian languages are a plus).
    • Familiar with ITIL processes and incident management best practices.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and a proactive attitude.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves:

    • Exposure to other ERP systems or enterprise IT tools.
    • ITIL or other relevant certifications.
    • Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations or upgrades.
