Overview
Our client is in the luxury watch space. With a young, energetic, and international team, the company has experienced rapid growth in recent years and is now looking for a passionate sales leader & luxury goods enthusiast to join their flagship store located in a prime location.

What You Will Do

    • Setting and achieving sales targets
    • Identifying and addressing roadblocks to maximize productivity
    • Building and maintaining relationships with existing dealers, while also identifying and developing new dealer partners
    • Developing innovative commercial strategies to expand market presence and identify new business opportunities
    • Leading with empathy and a focus on people, mentoring, coaching, training, and motivating the sales team to exceed targets
    • Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of sales activities and establishing a process for continuous improvement
    • Tracking KPIs and reporting team performance to stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis
    • Utilizing data to understand the sales journey and improve customer satisfaction
    • Collaborating with Marketing and Product teams to create promotional materials and marketing campaigns that support sales growth
    • Applying luxury best practices, staying abreast of market and consumer trends, and adapting to competitor activities to maintain a high standard.

What You Will Need

    • Possesses luxury sales experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry and with experience in managing high performing teams
    • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales and leadership, taking ownership and driving results in a fast-paced, iterative environment
    • Exhibits excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Balances sales targets with customer experiences that adhere to longer-term brand and experience standards
    • Is an absolute team player with a “no task is too small or too large” mentality
    • Acts as a natural leader that is approachable, a good listener, and strives to mentor and develop their team to reach their full potential
    • Has a keen eye for detail and an exceptionally high bar for accuracy and quality. Holds their team to that level of standard as well
    • Possesses proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
    • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and is able to clearly and effectively communicate with senior stakeholders
