Our client a B2B Fintech company with HQ in the US. Their Asia HQ in Taipei is looking for a dedicated and talented individual to become an integral part of their dynamic team. The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who possesses not only the relevant experience and knowledge in the field of Fintech but also has the drive and commitment to help the company reach new heights in Asia markets (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Thailand and many more to develop)

What You Will Do

    • Identify key stakeholders and influencers within target businesses to explore new opportunities.
    • Engage within the Fintech landscape across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore, seeking award prospects and networking occasions.
    • Conduct weekly ventures such as prospecting, networking, workshops, and support meetings to attract new clients and maintain customer satisfaction.
    • Carry out market research to spot new opportunities for business and keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
    • Assess client's needs, pinpoint underlying issues, and suggest suitable remedies.
    • Establish new customer bases in countries such as Japan, Korea, Thailand.
    • Offer both pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, making sure to understand their needs and match them with the right products or services.
    • Put strategies into action to keep our relationships with clients strong and to make sure we're meeting their expectations.
    • Pursue continuous learning and personal growth, staying updated on financial and Fintech product advancements.

What You Will Need

    • 3-5 years of experience in a Sales or client-centric role. Experience in the Fintech industry would be a plus, but it's not mandatory.
    • Familiarity with back-office platforms such as Webtrader, Apex, or similar systems.
    • Open to frequent travel within Asia, and yearly trips to the USA.
    • Fluent in Japanese is a must.
