Overview
Our client is a fast-growing FinTech and SaaS company providing comprehensive payment solutions to SMEs across APAC. They are currently looking for a Product Manager to join their team. The successful candidate would be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new products and features, as well as managing their internal process and roadmap.
What You Will Do
- Develop product requirements and roadmaps for internal processes in collaboration with the Product Lead and cross-functional teams to enhance product capability
- Collaborate with different business units to track key performance metrics to measure product success and enhance project progress and deliverables
- Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, user training and resolve issues when needed
- Communicate project details including business requirements, design and timelines with China’s development team
What You Will Need
- Prior experience in digital product management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools including Jira and Lucid
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with great command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Knowledge and experience with internal process tools or admin panel products
- Candidate with less experience would be considered for the role of Assistant Product Manager
