Our client, a enterprise in HK with different product lines in the entertainment space, is seeking a Senior QA / QA Manager to lead their team in testing their digital products.
What you will do:
- Spearhead the developmenent & implementation of automation & manual testing strategies, frameworks, and procedures from scratch, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and efficiency
- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical leadership
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and Appium for web and mobile applications, or other frameworks/tools
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test plans and strategies
- Identify areas for automation within the QA process and implement appropriate solutions to streamline testing efforts
- Review and analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with experience in automation testing
- Strong proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium and Appium
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in Cantonese is a MUST. Mandarin is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
