Our client is a leading international B2B vapor distribution company. They have operations in more than 100 countries and regions, serving 10+ million users around the world and 100,000+ retail outlets worldwide.
They are currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst who's sensitive to data and equipped with data processing capabilities. This person will also need to travel to China, to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Conduct analysis of business data and user behavior to identify challenges, risks, and opportunities, supporting product, sales, and marketing teams
- Source and evaluate overseas data suppliers, negotiate data purchases, and perform data cleansing
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective application of insights and drive strategy implementation
- Manage Voice of Customer (VOC) projects, including third-party collaboration for data collection, cleaning, NLP, and BI dashboard extraction
- Lead and support various industry data crawler projects worldwide, collecting and cleansing data
- Lead and support the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions tailored to the company's business needs
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 4-5 years of experience in a data analytic or related role
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, or similar data analysis tools
- Demonstrated business acumen to identify key issues and predict outcomes causally
- Strategic thinker with strong logical, learning, and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively across departments and teams
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is a MUST
- Travelling to China is required
