Our client is a leading global provider of cutting-edge hydraulic systems that revolutionize how commercial vehicles load and unload cargo. As pioneers in transport technology, they create solutions that serve industries from construction and mining to waste management.
They are looking for a Global Data Management Senior Manager to manage data accuracy and governance and to design and build out a team from 0-to-1. Managing the company's key data ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various systems, including designing master data strategy, collaborating with stakeholders, define data requirements and establishing governance policies.
What you will do:
- Master Data Strategy / Management: design and implement the strategy; manage changes to master data, adhering to standards, validation rules, and governance processes
- Data Profiling and Validation: Conduct data profiling and validation across multiple systemsData Governance: Design and implement robust data governance processes and controls to maintain data quality, integrity, and security
- Data Requirements: Define data attributes, hierarchies, and relationships based on business needs, ensuring alignment across the organization
- Training and Support: design and implement training strategy and support to end-users on data management processes and quality controls
- Change Management: Participate in change boards to review and approve changes to data structures, definitions, and policies
What you will need:
- At least 5 years of recent experience in master data/data management, data governance, or related fields within an ERP IT system
- Proficient in data analysis, dashboarding, and data quality measurements. Knowledge of SQL and/or Python is required
- Familiarity with MDM concepts, methodologies, and best practices
