Overview

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the retail business in Macau. The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail management, including experience in sales, marketing, and operations. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks. Station in Macau or daily travel to Macau is a must.


What You Will Do

    • Developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy that is in line with the company’s goals and objectives
    • Managing all aspects of the retail business, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service
    • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders
    • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
    • Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of business initiatives
    • Managing a team of employees and providing guidance and support as needed
    • Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise in the course of business operations

What You Will Need

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in retail management or related field
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
    • Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting
    • Knowledge of retail operations and industry trends
    • Station in Macau 5 days a week is a must (non-negotiable)
