Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the retail business in Macau. The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail management, including experience in sales, marketing, and operations. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks. Station in Macau or daily travel to Macau is a must.
What You Will Do
- Developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy that is in line with the company’s goals and objectives
- Managing all aspects of the retail business, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of business initiatives
- Managing a team of employees and providing guidance and support as needed
- Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise in the course of business operations
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in retail management or related field
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Knowledge of retail operations and industry trends
- Station in Macau 5 days a week is a must (non-negotiable)
