Overview
Our client is a Hong Kong outdoor furniture brand & manufacturer with factories in Dongguan. They are now looking for a HR Manager to work in both Hong Kong and China and this role will report to Founder directly.
What You Will Do
- Manage and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in China and Hong Kong.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Travel frequently to China for HR operations and initiatives.
What You Will Need
- Proven working experience as an HR manager or other HR executive.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, especially in China and Hong Kong.
- Must be willing and able to travel frequently to China.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
