Overview
Our client is a well-established company with its HQ in HK, operating in APAC regions for 20+ years. They are actively looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their expanding team.
What You Will Do
- Manage L1 & L2 tickets locally and work closely with HQ IT using service now Ticketing systems
- Manage IT Inventory, local IT vendors,and Service providers along with HQ IT
- Assist on IT procurement and audit on quality and cost control
- Pro-actively deliver and maintain high quality IT services
- Coordinate with IT teams on Network, Application and other Infrastructure projects
What You Will Need
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent
- With working experience in front-line, IT support in a multi-national company is preferred
- Experience in team management and project management
- Experiences in MS Active Directory, Office365, VM Ware, MS Windows, Mac and/or Linux desktop operating systems
- Knowledge of IP Telephony experience is added advantage
- Pro-active, able to anticipate and tackle potential issues
- Strong in analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
