Overview
Our client is currently in search of a Customer Service Officer to enhance their team, spearhead projects, and provide exceptional service to their international sales divisions and airline clients. This role reports directly to the Senior Customer Service Manager. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, organized, reliable, proactive, capable of finding solutions, and maintain a positive attitude. 

What You Will Do

    • Deliver unparalleled customer service to our global clientele by strictly adhering to our service procedures.
    • Collaborate with Sales Team and coordinate with Procurement and Product Development teams on various projects
    • Strive for continuous improvement and maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries. Tasks may include preparing tender submissions, samples, presentations, calculations, and quotations
    • Take initiative in creating and managing project plans, providing routine updates to the Sales Team and the Customer Service Manager
    • Oversee the issuance of Sales Orders, track new orders, and monitor forecasts and deliveries until project completion
    • Follow up on customer payments
    • Address customer complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction

What You Will Need

    • Possession of a degree, ideally in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
    • Between 2-4 years of professional experience in customer service, merchandising, or sales support within global trading companies. Fresh graduates may also apply and will be considered for a Junior CS Officer role
    • Displays confidence and an extroverted personality, with excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills
    • Thrives in a fast-paced working climate, demonstrates organization and effective time management
    • Eager to learn and carries a strong sense of duty
    • Attention to detail, solution-oriented mentality, strong interpersonal communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset
    • Superior proficiency in written and spoken English, and fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is required
    • Skilled in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and PowerPoint
