A dynamic technology company is seeking an exceptional Head of Engineering to lead their next phase of innovation. This key leadership position will be instrumental in overseeing the entire engineering areas, including architecture, development, testing, and deployment of the SaaS platform.
What You Will Do
- Provide technical leadership in architecting and evolving the software infrastructure to deliver a robust, secure, and scalable SaaS platform that meets enterprise standards.
- Spearhead the development and automation of core technological capabilities, encompassing RESTful API architecture, data processing pipelines, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, artificial intelligence integration, and mobile application development.
- Establish and execute a comprehensive technical strategy aligned with organizational product objectives and business goals.
- Enhance client relationships through effective communication of technical solutions and their operational benefits, facilitating increased platform adoption and client satisfaction.
- Oversee engineering resource allocation and budget management to maximize operational efficiency and return on investment.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
- Equipped 15+ years of professional software engineering experience, including senior technical leadership positions.
- Demonstrated success in scaling and managing engineering teams with 100+ developers.
- Extensive expertise in software architecture, system design patterns, and modern engineering methodologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of agile frameworks, DevOps practices, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Superior interpersonal abilities with proven success in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and demonstrated proficiency in developing innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
