Overview
Our client is a premium co-working space. As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will play a key role in leading the Engagement Team and upholding exceptional service standards in the hospitality industry. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing team dynamics, and ensuring precise accounting practices.

What You Will Do

    • Daily Operations: Oversee the Engagement Manager & Associates, manage front desk activities, coordinate logistics, and handle administrative duties. You will also be involved in operational training and strive to maximize revenues and efficiency.
    • Service Standards: Address client requests and feedback effectively, contribute to the improvement of service standards, and ensure consistent service quality. You will also be responsible for fostering professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
    • Human Resources: Identify and motivate potential team members, supervise training programs, and participate in the performance review process. You will also be responsible for creating and updating problem-solving guides and ensuring the effective implementation of training programs.
    • Accounts: Oversee billing and invoicing processes, maintain credit policies, and minimize financial risks. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate client service usage and system records

What You Will Need

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Hospitality industry.
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for the role.
    • Candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in PC & mobile applications is also required.
