We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to lead the launch and operational excellence of our new high fashion retail brand client. The successful candidate will demonstrate proven expertise in campaign management and production optimization, with specialized knowledge in fashion considered highly advantageous.
What You Will Do
- Execute comprehensive market and competitor analyses to inform strategic initiatives.
- Develop actionable insights to guide product development and campaign strategy.
- Orchestrate and implement launch campaigns with meticulous attention to deliverables and timelines.
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Partner with design teams to optimize creative asset development and implementation.
- Facilitate constructive feedback loops and ensure design deliverables meet quality standards.
- Direct production processes to maintain exceptional quality standards and timely delivery.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with suppliers and vendors for efficient issue resolution.
