What You Will Do

    • Collaborate with the online communication team to create unique and brand-consistent campaign content;
    • Construct initiatives on Facebook and Instagram that complement broader brand undertakings and objectives;
    • Oversee social accounts for customers;
    • Engage in customer pitching and proposal drafting;
    • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices & business goals to suggest new initiatives;
    • Construct influencer marketing initiatives that are in line with the overall brand and social strategy;
    • Monitor expenditures against financial objectives; explain the influence of the area’s budget on the organizational financial plan;
    • React swiftly and innovatively to problem-solving.

What You Will Need

    • Undergraduate Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, or a similar discipline;
    • Two to three years of work experience utilizing social media for corporate purposes;
    • Profound knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube;
    • Direct experience with social media ads and their evaluation;
    • Capacity to perform effectively under stress;
    • Strong analytical thinking is required.
    • Agency background is preferred
    • Linkedin, XHS, WeChat experience is a plus
    • Great attention to detail
    • Excellent time management skills.
