What You Will Do
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create and manage annual marketing budgets
- Lead the development of marketing calendars and campaign timelines
- Oversee all digital marketing channels including social media, email, and content marketing
- Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and vendors
- Map and optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints
- Develop personalized marketing campaigns for different customer segments
- Implement customer feedback loops to improve marketing effectiveness
- Create comprehensive marketing dashboards tracking KPIs
- Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize campaigns
- Present results to stakeholders and leadership team
What You Will Need
- 10+ years of marketing experience in startup or high-growth environments, demonstrating adaptability and success in fast-paced, evolving business landscapes with proven ability to scale marketing operations
- Extensive track record in B2C marketing, particularly in entertainment or education sectors
- Superior English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively
