What You Will Do

    • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
    • Create and manage annual marketing budgets
    • Lead the development of marketing calendars and campaign timelines
    • Oversee all digital marketing channels including social media, email, and content marketing
    • Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and vendors
    • Map and optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints
    • Develop personalized marketing campaigns for different customer segments
    • Implement customer feedback loops to improve marketing effectiveness
    • Create comprehensive marketing dashboards tracking KPIs
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize campaigns
    • Present results to stakeholders and leadership team

What You Will Need

    • 10+ years of marketing experience in startup or high-growth environments, demonstrating adaptability and success in fast-paced, evolving business landscapes with proven ability to scale marketing operations
    • Extensive track record in B2C marketing, particularly in entertainment or education sectors
    • Superior English communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively
