Overview

Our client is a leading MNC HR consulting firm, they are looking for a Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Manager to join their dynamic business. If you are a hunter type of Sales and have strong HR network, you will be doing great for the role!

What You Will Do

    • Generate new business leads through research of client/prospect in internal and external databases
    • Manage own opportunities to achieve individual targets
    • Work with a team of BD professionals to prospect and adhere to the sales process
    • Work on ad hoc special projects as assigned to support specific sales & marketing campaigns
    • Act as a strong bridge between the prospect clients and internal client servicing team

What You Will Need

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 
    • Minimum 3-7 years of sales experience in the insurance, consulting, or professional services industry 
    • Strong network of potential key contacts of corporate clients (i.e. in-house HR) is highly preferred
    • Able to develop business through multiple channels; client acquisition/ cold call experience is a plus
    • Creative and able to think out of the box in exploring new business opportunities 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to work with internal and external counterparts
