Overview
Our client is a shopping mall in Macau and they are seeking a Leasing Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to establish and achieve KPIs, and a proven track record in driving leasing strategies.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to drive revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify and secure tenants to fill available spaces in the mall
- Create and maintain strong relationships with tenants
- Negotiate lease agreements with tenants and ensure compliance with lease terms
- Establish and track KPIs related to leasing performance and revenue generation
- Provide regular reports to senior management on leasing performance and market trends
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in leasing management, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of leasing practices and legal requirements
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful leasing strategies
- Experience establishing and tracking KPIs related to leasing performance
- Station in Macau 5 days a week is a must (non-negotiable)
- Fluent in Cantonese is a must
