We are interviewing  Investment Sales Advisors in Office, Multifamily, Single-Tenant Net Leased Retail, Multi-Tenant Retail, Senior Housing, Self-Storage and Industrial.

A current real estate license is required.

To qualify for an in-person interview please have:

    • 1-3 years direct experience with commercial real estate assets. Indirect experience considered, with proven success in any kind of sales
    • CA Bureau of Real Estate active salesperson’s license required. Broker's license a plus
    • Business, Law, Economics or Finance degree. MBA is a plus
    • Should have basic knowledge of building financial spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
    • Other basic office knowledge required such as Microsoft Word, 50+ WPM typing speed, and knowledge of basic commercial real estate math
    • 1 year experience using Salesforce CRM applications in a sales capacity preferred

Independent Contractor position is paid commission-only.
