Commercial Real Estate Internship (FALL 2017)

This internship will report to the Office Manager and Broker. As an intern you will have an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands on experience in a fast paced real estate brokerage firm. Full-time employment upon graduation is available.

This is a full-time or, part-time opportunity.
- Collect market data on rent & sale transactions
- Inputting and organizing data in Salesforce
- Researching online sources and in-house databases to source potential clients
- Prepare proposals and marketing packages
- Assist on Corporate Accounts
- Assist in Business Development if desired (calling/emailing/etc.)
- Learn about investment properties
- Pursuing BS/BA
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Prefer junior or senior, but will consider other class levels
- An interest in commercial real estate industry
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Gmail Office Applications
