We help people make the best decisions with their commercial real estate investments. Our clients have bought shopping centers, offices, industrial complexes or multifamily buildings as a way to invest, instead of buying stocks. These investments provide secondary income or may be for future retirement cash flow, diversification and/or even a tax shelter. The typical commercial real estate owner is a business owner, retired teacher, a 30 yr union welder or even a professional athlete looking to own a piece of the American Dream. Each of our team members is very focused on their area of expertise and you will partner with proven brokers to help our clients take advantage of a profit opportunity

Immediately upon joining us, you will begin a hands-on training program that will become the foundation of all future success. Our training is designed to maximize the performance of exceptional achievers. We tailor everything we do to prepare and reward the best of the best. We look for the brightest entrepreneurs, so an average performer earns in the low to mid 6 figures and our best make significantly more. Those that maximize our collaborative environment and coaching will make $100,000+ in as little as 12-24 months. We want to change the industry and will settle for nothing less. Who Are You?
- Licensed as a California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker (or willing to become licensed)
- You have had success in business or sales (ideally entrepreneurial endeavors)
- Experience with business development - especially cold-calling or door-to-door sales - is preferred
- An elementary understanding of business finance and investments in real estate is a big plus
- 100% commission-only
- First year commission goal is $50,000 - $100,000 +
- Second year commissions should range between $125,000 and $250,000+
- Fifth year commissions should exceed $500,000 and will ideally be $1,000,000+

- Support: We spend time and money to support our agents at NAI. We know this is what’s necessary to get everyone successful. There are no added costs to work here and we do not nickel and dime our partners. We hire staff to assist in seeking more leads for calls, in marketing listings, and in helping complete the escrow / contract process.
