Are you someone who has worked running senior living buildings and have considered what it would take to sell them? NAI Northern California is a local commercial real estate brokerage. We seek a licensed real estate agent to join our Senior Housing team.

We provide training, leads platform and support in developing those that we feel can go from zero to success within 12 months. We invest more time, resources, and effort to make you successful than any other brokerage - but that's once you are chosen.

So how do we chose someone? Ideally, you should have some of the following experiential background to make a transition less challenging:

    • 3 + years experience in the operation of senior housing facilities
    • 1 year as an Intern, Analyst in the CRE industry
    • A degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
    • 1-2 Years as a Commercial Sales Associate working with a team in either Senior Housing, Multifamily, Office, Retail, Industrial
