About the Marketing team:

Narmi’s Marketing Team sits at the center of our growth efforts and focuses on sharing Narmi's story to financial institutions across the country. The team drives our product positioning and spearheads go-to-market messaging. Marketing at Narmi includes Product, Content, and Events Marketing, as well as Brand Design. We're dedicated to broadening Narmi's exposure with Financial Institutions and ensuring that the right stakeholders receive the right messaging at the right time. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Director of Product Marketing to join our team and play a crucial role in our continued success.

We are looking for a Director of  Marketing to help Narmi continue to establish itself as the dominant product in the market, drive new leads through innovative marketing initiatives, and help our sales team close top prospects through exceptional training, messaging and  "middle of the funnel" strategies. 

You should be willing to wear multiple hats, understand the complexity of an enterprise sale and be maniacal about driving qualified leads through our funnel. Managing a team, owning your budget, and a strong bias for action are a must and you will quickly become a valued asset to the team. 

What You'll Do:

    • Lead the product marketing, demand generation, and events team
    • Develop and maintain the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Narmi's one platform solution, Narmi One
    • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to meet or exceed Narmi's revenue and market leadership goals
    • Understand Narmi target customer base and prioritize prospects accordingly
    • Influence development of marketing organization career paths, succession plans, and employee success strategies
    • Partner with demand generation leader to develop strategies that reflect Narmi’s market strategy and drive campaigns that activate customers
    • Tell customer stories through case studies, easily digestible content, peer-to-peer review sites, speaking engagements, press releases, etc.
    • Support product marketing function to partner with our Product team to establish a continuous feedback loop and provide the “voice of the market” during feature development and commercialization process; Train Sales team on product messaging, positioning, objection responses and demo-scripts; Develop all product assets: sales one-sheets, FAQs, How-to's, definitions, demo videos, website content, etc.
    • Understand competitive drivers and trends and educate staff on product differentiation
    • Partner with events marketing leader to further develop and execute Narmi’s internal and external events strategy in the market to drive leads throughout the funnel for the sales and customer success team team

What You'll Bring:

    • [7+ Years B2B / SaaS] marketing experience to enterprise or large SMB
    • Experience managing a high-performing team and being a culture carrier
    • Demonstrated track record of creating go-to-market strategy & positioning products effectively
    • Understanding of financial institution market spanning banks and credit unions from $100mm in assets to $20bn in assets
    • Experience owning a quota 
    • Excellent writing skills

The expected annual base salary for this role is $165,000 - $205,000. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. In addition to base salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
