About Narmi:
Narmi is how community financial institutions unlock the very latest capabilities in digital banking and account opening – so they can move faster, tap new growth opportunities, and be where banking is going. Since our founding, Narmi has enabled the movement of billions of dollars and the opening of hundreds of thousands of accounts for banks and credit unions across the US. As a result, our customers have seen meaningful increases in deposits, revenues, and happy customers. In fact, one of the first financial institutions to leverage Narmi was recognized by Bankrate and NerdWallet for providing the #1 digital experience for a bank or credit union in the US.
About the Role:
Narmi’s platform is built on top of numerous product partnerships across the fintech landscape, and the Partnerships Team is a key strategic driver in adding to and evolving those partnerships as our platform expands. You’ll work closely with our many fintech partners and Narmi’s executive leadership team and product teams, contributing to overall strategy and partner operations decisions.
What you'll do:
- Develop and manage a broad range of product partnerships, as well as negotiate agreements with new and existing partners
- Work closely with Narmi’s Product, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership teams to align partnership opportunities with Narmi’s strategic priorities
- Drive the strategy and execution of product partnerships from inception to agreement to technical integration and post integration success
- Evaluate and track the impact of your partnerships, ensuring they contribute significantly to Narmi’s objectives
- Serve as a cross-functional leader to bridge the needs and capabilities of various internal teams with your partners
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in product partnerships, business development, program management or product roles
- Demonstrated track record of managing partnerships or programs that drive substantial impact
- Demonstrated ability to structure, negotiate, and execute complex agreements
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and problem solving skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to build deep and broad relationships and possess exceptional communication skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders
- Ability to manage frequent context switching with ruthless prioritization skills to manage multiple partnerships at once with expansive ownership
- A personal commitment to helping community banks and credit unions compete and win against the fintechs and megabanks
- We cultivate an environment built on honesty, empathy, and integrity, knowing that high trust fuels our collective impact and allows us to move fast.
- We embrace a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality, tackling challenges head-on, and proactively driving solutions with full ownership and accountability.
