Position Summary

    • Propel understanding of users, by running quantitative and qualitative user research initiatives and sharing findings with internal and external collaborators
    • Drive research ideas from concept to production, from diagramming to drafting research plans to conducting user interviews
    • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary peers in product management, project management, software engineering and Salesforce administrators to define, design and deliver working software features.
    • Maintain open lines of communication with clients and government stakeholders.
    • Contribute to learning and designing best practices with Salesforce and its various partner products.

Required skills
