The Director of Alliance Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for Navisite's key alliance partners, such as AWS, SAP, ServiceNow Microsoft, and Oracle. The Director of Alliance Marketing will also manage the alliance marketing team and ensure alignment and collaboration with the sales, product, and channel teams. Additionally, the Director of Alliance Marketing will oversee the relationship with the alliance partners and ensure compliance with their branding and co-marketing guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns for Navisite's key alliance partners, including digital, social, email, webinars, events, and content marketing.
- Coordinate with the sales, product, and channel teams to align marketing activities with sales objectives and pipeline generation.
- Manage the marketing budget and ROI for each alliance partner and optimize the marketing mix to achieve the best results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the alliance partners and act as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with the alliance partners' branding and co-marketing guidelines and leverage their marketing resources and programs.
- Monitor and report on the performance and impact of the alliance marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the BDR Manager to ensure an appropriate lead flow and follow-up lead guidelines for all campaigns.
- Lead, coach, and develop the alliance marketing team and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the cloud or IT services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for strategic alliance partners.
- Strong knowledge of the cloud and IT services market and the key players and trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
