What you’ll do
As the Senior Product Manager at Nclusion, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and growth of our product offerings. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with our business goals and customer needs. Your leadership will be critical in guiding cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

Responsibilities

    • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that align with business objectives.
    • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive data to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
    • Develop detailed product requirements and specifications, ensuring clarity for all stakeholders involved.
    • Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to create intuitive, user-friendly products that meet the needs of our target audience.
    • Drive the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, coordinating efforts across marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
    • Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback, making data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance the product post-launch.

Minimum requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of leading successful product initiatives.
    • Proven experience in managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
    • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams.
    • Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure product success.

Preferred qualifications

    • Experience in the fintech or financial services sector, with a focus on emerging markets.
    • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
    • Experience working with remote teams and managing products across multiple geographies.
    • Passion for making a positive impact in developing countries and understanding the unique challenges of these markets.
