Neko Health is a Swedish health-tech company co-founded in 2018 by Hjalmar Nilsonne and Daniel Ek. Our vision is to create a healthcare system that can help people stay healthy through preventive measures and early detection. Neko has developed a new medical scanning technology concept to make it possible to do broad and non-invasive health data collection that is both convenient and affordable for the public. This requires completely reimagining the healthcare experience and incorporating the latest advances in sensors and AI. We are a remote first company with headquarters in Stockholm and over 300 employees across Europe.

We’re looking for a CRM Lead to oversee and optimize our customer relationship management efforts. This role is crucial in engaging both prospective and existing members, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and driving long-term retention and engagement. 

Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute CRM campaigns (newsletters, email, SMS) to engage with people that has signed up to our waitlist and existing members. 
    • Manage the onboarding process for new members, refining and optimizing batch processes to increase scan conversions. 
    • Oversee reactivation strategies for inactive members. 
    • Analyse and oversee key metrics, segment audiences, and tailor campaigns for maximum engagement. 
    • Implement best practices in email and SMS marketing, ensuring high deliverability, engagement, and compliance with regulations. 
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer care teams to ensure CRM aligns with overall business goals. 

Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in CRM or related roles.  
    • Proven experience in creating and managing engaging CRM campaigns (email and SMS). 
    • Strong understanding of best practices in email and SMS marketing, including personalization, automation, and A/B testing. 
    • Ability to analyze data, segment users, and optimize campaigns based on insights. 
    • Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (we use Bird). 
    • A results-driven mindset, with a focus on continuous testing, learning, and improving customer engagement.
