We are seeking a driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to join Neko Health as we expand our operations across multiple sites. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects for our rapidly growing business. This role requires a strategic thinker who is adept at managing complex construction projects, ideally within retail and healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage construction projects for our business, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
    • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, while effectively managing resources and risks
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards throughout the construction process
    • Foster strong relationships with external partners and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
    • Proven experience managing construction projects for a multi-site clinical business
    • Strong understanding of healthcare facility design, construction methodologies, and regulations
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools
    • Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or LEED Accredited Professional are a plus
    • A plus: Experience in managing projects across Europe.
