Neko has developed a new medical scanning technology concept to make it possible to do broad and non-invasive health data collection that is both convenient and affordable for the public. This requires completely reimagining the healthcare experience and incorporating the latest advances in diagnostics and AI.  

About the job  
As a Regional Operator Manager UK at Neko, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting the clinical operations across our London clinics. You will be responsible for managing and developing the lead operators at each site, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, operational efficiency, and staff wellbeing. This role is ideal for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Band 7 or above) or Physician Associate with a passion for innovation and excellence in healthcare delivery. 

Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight to lead operators in all London clinics. 
    • Extensive practical expertise and in-depth understanding of all aspects of the operator role. 
    • Ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient care in line with Neko’s vision for preventive and data-driven healthcare. 
    • Oversee clinical governance, compliance with CQC and other regulatory standards, and implementation of best practices. 
    • Support recruitment, induction, and ongoing professional development of clinical staff. 
    • Lead on incident management, safeguarding, and resolution of clinical concerns. 
    • Collaborate with the Medical Director UK and other senior leaders to drive service improvement and innovation. 
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, patient outcomes, and staff satisfaction. 
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and teamwork. 
    • Act as a role model for compassionate, evidence-based, and member-centred care. 

Qualifications:

    • Registered Nurse at Band 7 or above, or qualified Physician Associate, withpost-qualification experience in a clinical leadership role. 
    • Proven experience in managing or supervising clinical teams, ideally within a multi-site or cluster setting. 
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture. 
    • Strong understanding of clinical governance, CQC standards, and best practices in patient safety and quality improvement. 
    • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. 
    • Evidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to maintaining clinical competence. 
    • Experience with change management, service improvement, or implementing new clinical pathways is desirable. 
    • Passion for innovation in healthcare, with an interest in preventive medicine and digital health solutions.
