Your Role with Us
- Independent management of the entire talent acquisition process (especially for commercial roles).
- Development and implementation of active sourcing strategies (e.g., via LinkedIn, events, networks).
- Collaboration with hiring managers to refine profiles, create scorecards, and plan interviews.
- Ensuring a first-class candidate experience – fast, clear, and appreciative.
- Utilization and further development of our recruiting KPIs & funnel data.
- Support with onboarding and employer branding topics.
- Ensuring structured, fair, and inclusive selection processes.
What You Bring
- +2 years of experience in talent acquisition (ideally focusing on commercial functions) in a dynamic environment.
- Extensive experience in recruiting talent, ideally up to head-level positions.
- Good understanding of interview methods and techniques, plus the ability to flexibly adapt processes to different roles.
- People first: The satisfaction of candidates and stakeholders is your top priority, even in a dynamic environment.
- Independent working style, analytical thinking, prioritization skills, and high implementation speed.
- Excellent communication in German and English.
