We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented working student Data Analyst to join our Risk Management team. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing relevant monitorings, reportings, and data analysis processes. You will contribute to risk management and product enhancement efforts by leveraging data analytics to optimize scoring models, improve processes, and generate key performance indicators and financial analyses.
Responsibilities
- Establish monitorings and reportings to track key metrics and identify trends
- Calculate key performance indicators and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Contribute to the setup and enhancement of scoring models for medical practices and patients, utilizing data analysis techniques
- Conduct scoring validations and backtest assumptions to improve accuracy and reliability
- Shape the data analytics function by implementing innovative methodologies and frameworks
Requirements
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for setting up new data analysis processes and exploring the depths of numerical insights
- Strong numerical aptitude and interest in working with numbers
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns and trends in data
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, Python, or similar software - familiarity with LOOKER is a plus
- Studies in Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Ideally, availability to work for at least another year
