We are looking for a full-time Head of Product at our office in Berlin as soon as possible. 

As a FinTech in the healthcare sector, we are revolutionizing work processes in everyday practice with our innovative solutions in the areas of payment, factoring and patient journey. Our team of industry experts is passionate about the technology- and data-driven digitalization of workflows in the healthcare industry. As a Head of Product, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy across the whole lifecycle.

What you’ll get to do

    • Define a product strategy that aims to achieve your product's objectives by aligning with key stakeholders and leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights.
    • Assist in shaping the product roadmaps for your teams in accordance with the quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
    • Attract and nurture a team of Product Managers, striving for excellence in their roles.
    • Develop the Product practice across the domain and champion it across the Product and Tech organization.
    • Embody the OKR mindset and provide clear priority guidance to your team.

About you

    • You have an extensive background in overseeing Product Managers within a startup setting.
    • You are proficient in applying Product Design and Lean Product methodologies.
    • You exhibit a highly structured mindset, ensuring meticulous organisation and systematic planning in all product-related endeavours.
    • You are comfortable in a cross-functional environment.
    • You demonstrate keen judgement: possess a track record of making well-founded decisions guided by both data and intuition. 
    • You spark inspiration in others with innovative ideas and are unafraid to question conventional norms.
    • You demonstrate a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English and German.
