What you'll get to do

    • Revenue Leadership & Pipeline Strategy: Own and orchestrate the entire commercial revenue strategy across Sales, Growth, Key Accounts, and Marketing. Develop a scalable go-to-market (GTM) model to meet short- and long-term revenue goals.
    • Forecasting & KPI Control: Establish and oversee reliable forecasting methodologies, ensuring high forecast accuracy and full visibility into performance metrics across the funnel.
    • Scaling and Structuring: Design and implement the organizational blueprint for revenue teams, including playbooks, systems, and processes to support hypergrowth.
    • Team Building & Leadership: Build, scale, and inspire a cross-functional commercial team (15–25+ FTE), fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a commercial sparring partner to Product, Customer Success, and Finance to align on growth initiatives, customer feedback, and market trends.
    • Market Expansion & Customer Strategy: Identify growth opportunities in new and existing customer segments, driving customer acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies.

What you'll bring

    • 7+ years of leadership experience in Sales, Commercial, or Revenue roles within B2B SaaS/AI companies – ideally with exposure to HealthTech and FinTech.
    • A proven track record of building and scaling teams (15+ FTE) across the revenue organization, from pipeline creation to deal closing and customer growth.
    • Demonstrated experience in ARR growth and operational scaling, from early revenue stages to mid-8 figures and beyond.
    • Deep familiarity with forecasting, CRM optimization, and KPI-based steering of sales organizations.
    • A growth mindset and data-driven approach, combining analytical thinking with hands-on operational excellence.
    • Fluency in both German and English.
    • An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
