As a Founders’ Associate to our CTO, you will work closely with the Engineering team, taking on high-impact projects that shape the future of one of Europe’s fastest growing HealthTech/FinTech startups. You will be at the heart of strategic planning and operational execution: identifying opportunities, streamlining processes, and accelerating growth across teams.

Your Role with Us

    • Support Day-to-Day Leadership Activities of our CTO: Work closely with the team, providing hands-on assistance in their daily business operations and decision-making processes in Engineering.
    • Prepare Reports and Analyses for Data-Driven Decisions: Support in developing reportings, performing data analysis, and providing actionable insights to guide strategic and tactical decision-making.
    • Contribute to Cross-Functional Projects: Actively participate in diverse projects, driving their execution while offering fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
    • Change & Culture Initiatives: Drive engagement programs, onboarding improvements, and process optimisation together with our People team.
    • Talent & Hiring Support: Partner with our People team and engineering leadership to hire the best talent.

What You Bring

    • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or Engineering  or a related field
    • You have gained initial practical experience in demanding, dynamic environments (e.g., internships or working student roles in high-growth startups, fintechs, Big 4, investment banking, etc.).
    • Knowledge of software development or IT concepts.
    • You are motivated to take on responsibility and actively drive your personal growth.
    • You possess strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality.
    • Your judgment allows you to decide when "done" is better than "perfect" – and vice versa.
    • You are curious and enjoy challenging the status quo.
    • You share our culture, which is based on an open mindset, high standards, and pragmatism.
    • You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
