Your goal is to bring our sales to the next level by simplifying, automizing and optimizing existing processes and workflows. You will own the tool landscape of our sales team and help them achieve our ambitious goals. You will help us to use internal and external sales intel to draw the right conclusions that will help us be more efficient, get more deals closed and make our sales team's work life easier.

What you will be doing

    • Maintain and optimize our tool landscape for performance and scalability.
    • Define new processes, create automations, analyze results and optimize functionality for our sales tool landscape.
    • Build performance reports and comprehensive data sheets.
    • Drive strategic projects in the sales operations area that will further improve our set up.
    • Escalate bottlenecks and challenges by offering solutions to mitigate current issues.
    • Identify and share best practices and shortcuts that will help our sales team be more effective and close deals more efficiently.
    • Collaborate closely together with our Marketing Automation, Product and Data teams in order to develop and test solutions for sales operations.

What you need to be successful:

    • Experienced with sales performance management solutions and work
    • Experienced with sales data management solutions and data integration.
    • Either assisted in or completely building a Sales Operations team from scratch
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving mentality.
    • Autonomous work style, fast learner and a great sense of ownership for your projects.
    • Meticulous organization skills and the ability to prioritize beyond the obvious.
    • Business fluent in English; German is a must
    • Basic technical knowledge (HTML, Javsacript, etc) is a plus.
